How can i use LYF offer Reliance Jio sims on any other 4G compatible smartphone?

It is true that LYF offer Jio sims are locked on to the LYF smartphones which means that the sims once activated on the LYF handset cannot be used on any other 4G compatible smartphone!
But , there is a small hack
See locking means locked to the phone using the IMEI
So , if you can change your target phone IMEI to the LYF phone IMEI then it appears that it shall work !
Someone had commented earlier that it worked and i hope that it shall work in your case as well
In short if your LYF smartphone IMEI is 123 and say you wanna use the Jio sim in A8 whose IMEI is 456 , then first change the IMEI of A8 to 123 and then insert the LYF mobile jio sim into A8
It will then perhaps work!
